Shipping and Delivery
At this time, Far West Product Sales ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and the US Virgin Islands (you must receive a shipping quote before purchasing from outside the contiguous United States). Additionally, Far West Product Sales ships merchandise to Canada and Mexico (you must receive a shipping quote before purchasing), but not to other international locations. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.
All items include free shipping (this does not include items shipped via freight, which require a quote beforehand) to the contiguous United States (lower 48 states only; this excludes Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and many other locations). All freight items are not included in free shipping and will require a quote. If purchasing a freight item please contact us beforehand for a quote. Expedited shipping is also available if an item is needed sooner. Please contact us before purchase if expedited shipping is needed so we can give you a quote. Any person ordering from outside our shipping area will be responsible to pay any fees associated from the transaction if a refund is needed for being outside our shipping area (We currently only ship to the United States, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands and Canada).
International
Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details.
Shipping laws are different in each country. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to verify whether the country to which you are shipping permits the shipment of your products. Far West Product Sales is not responsible for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages that arise from improper international shipping practices. Any person ordering from outside our shipping area will be responsible to pay any fees associated from the transaction if a refund is needed for being outside our shipping area (We currently only ship to the United States, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands and Canada).
Sales Tax

Return Policy
We offer a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery. Item must be in new, unused, unopened condition. Any damage to an item must be reported to us within 48 hours of receiving the item from the carrier so we can file a claim in an adequate time frame. Any return that is due to damage will require all the packaging to be included in the return or there will be no refund issued. This includes all inner and outer packaging as well as the original shipping label.
All returns will require a 20-50% restocking fee and the buyer is responsible for return shipping. Electronic items are nonreturnable. Any items returned must be in new, unused and resaleable condition. Items not meeting these requirements will be returned to the buyer at their expense and the return will be denied. If the buyer refuses to pay return shipping on a denied return they will forfeit the item and receive no item or refund.
Some items do not allow returns. If they are listed as sold as-is in the product description, no returns will be accepted. Electronics and any type of electrical items are not returnable once packaging is opened. Any item listed as Used Untested is not returnable.
Any refund issued for an item being ordered outside of our delivery area will be minus processing fees charged by credit card companies. Any refund for an item being out of stock will be refunded minus processing fees. Check stock quantity before purchasing as we sell on several platforms and sometimes it can take up to 24 hours for inventory to be updated.
Damaged or Missing Shipments: Missing or damaged packages are the responsibility of the delivering carrier. If you receive a damaged package, save the box and all packaging material, and contact us immediately. Damaged shipments, defective merchandise, and packing errors must be reported to us within 48 hours of receiving the item.
Restocking Fee: A 20%-50% restocking fee will apply to all returns. Items that are cancelled after being paid for and transferred to our shipping department will also incur a 20% restocking fee.

Buyer must get insurance when returning a package. If it arrives damaged without insurance it will be sent back to you at your expense and you will not receive your refund. All serial numbers are recorded and will be verified upon receiving return.

VOID WHERE PROHIBITED: Although the information on this Web site is accessible worldwide, not all products or services discussed in this Web site are available to all persons or in all geographic locations or jurisdictions. Far West Product Sales and the advertisers each reserve the right to limit the provision of their products or services to any person, geographic area, or jurisdiction they so desire and to limit the quantities of any products or services that they provide. GOVERNING LAW: In the event of litigation both parties agree that the Law of the State of business registration of Far West Product Sales shall apply and both parties shall consent to the jurisdiction of said State's courts, or in the event of diversity of citizenship, the United States District Court for the applicable District. Both parties expressly waive a trial by jury.
MISCELLANEOUS: The Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Far West Product Sales with respect to this Web site. No modification of the Terms and Conditions shall be effective unless it is authorized by Far West Product Sales. If any provision of the Terms and Conditions is found to be contrary to law, then such provision(s) shall be constructed in a manner to closely reflect, as much as possible, the intentions of the parties, with the other provisions remaining in full force and effect.
Some items have been opened to inspect and provide photos for the listing. Some items have stock photos which may show items not included with the product. Make sure to inspect the photos of the actual item included in the listing to see what is included. No items other than the ones shown in photos are included. All items ship in 1-3 business days from payment being received unless otherwise stated in the listing. Return shipping is paid by the Buyer. Item must be returned within 14 days of receiving the item. Refund will be given as money back or new item if available. Buyer is responsible to check for fitment on all items. Buyer is responsible for providing a correct delivery address. If an item is unable to be delivered due to an incorrect address the buyer is responsible for extra shipping costs or will forfeit the item and will not be refunded.
