This is a Brand new never used in partial manufacturers packaging Drive Medical Cobalt travel wheelchair in red Finish w/6" folding chair model COBALTRD16FS 

Item is new never used in partial packaging and has minor scratches to red base as shown in pictures 5&6. Wheelchair was put together for pictures and to test. Includes batteries and seat belt.
