Shipping and Delivery

At this time, Far West Product Sales ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and the US Virgin Islands(You must receive a shipping quote before purchasing from outside the contiguous United States). Additionally, Far West Product Sales ships merchandise to Canada and Mexico (You must receive a shipping quote before purchasing), but not to other international locations. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.
All items include free shipping (this does not include items shipped via freight, they require a quote beforehand) to contiguous United States (lower 48 states only, this excludes Hawaii, Alaska Puerto rico and many other locations). All freight items are not included in free shipping and will require a quote. If purchasing a freight item please contact us beforehand for a quote. Expedited shipping is also available if an item is needed sooner. Please contact us before purchase if expedited shipping is needed so we can give you a quote. Any person ordering from outside our shipping area will be responsible to pay any fees associated from the transaction if a refund is needed for being outside our shipping area (We currently only ship to the United states, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands and Canada).

International

Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details.
Shipping laws are different in each country. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to verify whether the country to which you are shipping permits the shipment of your products. Return Policy

We offer a 14 day return policy from the date of purchase. (Item must be in New unused, unopened condition) Any damage to an item must be reported to us within 48hrs of receiving the item from the carrier so we can file a claim in an adequate time frame. Any return that is due to damage will require all the packaging to be included in the return or their will be no refund issued. This include all inner and outer packaging as well as the original shipping label. Failure to provide all inner, outer packaging and label will result in a forfeiture of the refund as it is needed for any claim we may need to file. All returns will require a 20-50% re stocking fee and the buyer is responsible for return shipping. Electronic items are nonreturnable. See below misc. section for further terms and conditions. Any items returned must be in New, unused and re saleable condition. Any items not meeting these requirements will be returned to the buyer at their expense and return will be denied(If buyers refuses to pay return shipping on denied return they will forfeit item and receive no item or refund). Some items do not allow returns, if they are listed sold as is in the product description then no returns will be accepted on these items. Electronics and any type of electrical are not returnable once packaging is opened. Any item listed as Used Untested is not returnable. Any refund issued for an item being ordered out of our delivery will be minus fees (These fess are charged by the credit companies for processing and we do not get them back either). Any refund for an item being out of stock will be refunded minus processing fees (These fess are charged by the credit companies for processing and we do not get them back either) check stock quantity before purchasing as we sale on several platforms and sometimes it can take up to 24 hours for inventory to be updated from the other platforms.
