This is a john deere hydraulic outlet adapter model 58619-C

This item is new never used but has several scuffs/ scratches from storage (see pictures). The item also has damage to the wires (see pictures). Their is a spot where the something that hooks in is missing (see picture 4). You will receive the exact item shown.
