This item is new never used but may have some scuffs/ scratches from storage (see pictures). The item is missing the electrical box cover (see pictures). The mount legs are bent (see pictures). The back motor cover is dented and may need replaced (see pictures 5 & 6). The back cover screws are missing and one is bent (see picture 8). One of the fan blades is cracked (see picture 10). Only the items pictured are included. You will receive the exact item shown.
