This is a new never used Techtop 5HP 230/460V 1750 RPM Electric Motor Model GRA0054D-TC-01 

This item is new never used but has some scuffs/ scratches from storage (see pictures). The item also has some broken fins (see pictures 2 & 3). The item has some dents on the back casing (see pictures 8, 9, & 10). The fan/blade does not hit the dents and spins freely
